Restoring the Republic Private Member Association (PMA) Agreement - Social Compact

This agreement is made by two parties being in agreement, you and Restoring the Republic Social, without government involvement. This is a private contract with both parties agreeing to be honorable, respectful and responsible. It is important to keep your word and your honor in all relationships you may develop on Restoring the Republic Social as well as in your own life. 

Restoring the Republic Social is known as RtR through the rest of this agreement. The Agreement includes the following: Mission Statement, Purpose of Membership, Membership Requirements, and the accepting of the Membership Agreement that was done when you sign-up you agreed with our PMA terms.

Mission: Our mission is to unite all American nationals along with anyone who is truly and honestly looking for information, so we can all come together collectively to share, connect and learn from one other. The process of relearning everything we have taught about our government and our status is not an easy task but when we all work together, we know we are not alone in our quest for freedom. We are stronger when we are united.

Our social platform will help provide a place to post and share information and the ability for you to connect with others both online and locally. This platform is for educational purposes to provide a place for like-minded people to come together and unite. We hope you will learn more about the meaning and process of what is involved in being sovereign so you too can contribute to rebuilding the Republic. The more you learn only helps you avoid the pitfalls that others have already experienced going through the process.

Our forefathers, who forged our America's founding documents, expounded that “We the People” were given unalienable rights and freedoms the day we were born as a living soul as stated in Genesis 2:7. We hope the people on RtR Social become your family as you redeem and peacefully restore everything that was taken away from you. Be it honorably noted:  RtR Social domiciles peaceably among ALL men and women in the pursuit of educating one's standing, status, and jurisdiction.

Purpose for Membership: In keeping the integrity of RtR Social we felt it was best to define our membership purpose and what we prohibit.

RtR Social does not support anyone who joins with the intention to steal content, information, documents or other items and turns around and sells the information to the general public. RtR Social believes that all men and women should be free from GOVERNMENT slavery under seized CITIZENSHIP and believes the information shared should be free. If there is a valuable service that you can provide to other members you are free to work out arrangements with them outside the realm of RtR. RtR is not liable for anything you contract with another person to do. We only ask that both parties work in honor and offer agreeable compensation.  

RtR operates on donations. We have different donation options depending on your needs. Because RtR will be set up as private and unincorporated we are not bound by the government's legal requirements for operating a PMA or for paying taxes. 

It is important for RtR to verify a member's status so that others on the site know these members are good sources for information regarding status and jurisdiction.

We hope RtR will be successful with providing members with the necessary tools so they can connect and share information with others both locally and online. Many people are seeking local connections where they can meet, learn and ask questions. We encourage building local relationships with people in your community.

RtR provides a platform where people can join groups both public and private and in addition attend or learn about events that are important avenues and opportunities to both new members and to those who are already American state nationals.

It is more important than ever to have a platform where we can continue to grow, connect and learn from one another but most importantly, where we can stand united together. This is the main purpose for our members and donations.

Although we validate emails, we still have to be as cautious as possible regarding our social platform. We encourage our members to report anything inappropriate so we can review all concerns reported and take appropriate action. We also have the option to delete or block members without warning for anything we feel is inappropriate relating to our website, misusing or abusing information or for trying to cause harm to others. RtR will not hesitate in blocking or deleting inappropriate members. No refund will be issued if this type of action is taken

By clicking the “submit” button and registering your account, you agree to the terms within this agreement. 

Membership Requirements:

1.  RtR Social is open to all men and women who have corrected their status as well as those who have intentions of correcting their status. Correcting their status is defined as changing their status from a UNITED STATES CITIZEN to an American National, also known as an American State National, or American State Citizen, who is willing to take an Oath or Affirmation to the state in which they were born in. We also welcome new people who are honorably on their journey to learn more. New members will have more restrictions on RtR compared to verified members who have access to more functions.

2.  If anyone claims to do harm to anyone including anyone that works for the Federal Government, you will not be granted access to membership. We want everyone to unite and work together peacefully.  

3.  All members enter into the agreement with full and complete knowledge that their membership can be revoked for becoming disruptive or as a whole by harassment of any members of RtR.

4.  RtR currently is free for 30 days for all members to use. This provides ample time for a member to decide if they want to remain active as a RtR member. During the trial period, the RtR Member Agreement is in full effect. 

5.  RtR does charge a donation to be a member.  Memberships are monthly or annually.

6.  RtR also requests donations for additional functions such as creating groups or business pages and for advertising a business to website members. 

7.  The process of verifying documents remains private. Documents are deleted after the member has been verified. There may be a time where you may be asked to resubmit a document. 

8.  All members have a right to cancel their membership at any time. However, under this agreement all documentation acquired by all members even those that cancel and or are removed from membership must not ever disclose to ANYONE any learned information, hard copy information, RtR chat information, RtR message information, documents acquired information, group meeting information, text, photos or email information to ANYONE that is not a member. If you choose to cancel your membership you will not receive a refund. 

9.  All RtR Social members automatically agree to this non-disclosure agreement to join. (NDA)

10.  As a member of RtR Social, all members will take an Oath to all RtR members in Trust and in confidentiality to one another and in the NDA to never disclose any information that any members share that is personal to any member and or any of the information, documents or any information acquired while being a member of RtR.. All RtR Social members are to hold any information shared within the membership to be confidential only between members and can never be shared openly to any non-member. RtR is a Private Member Association that collects donations and therefore is not liable for anything.

NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER

We are non-commercial, therefore not licensed to service federal agents, officers, employees and dependents nor those of any federal franchises. Therefore, participate at your own risk, and all such persons are subject to the Bivens decision, and must identify themselves prior to participation in any events or activities. We operate under the maxims of Exclusive Equity and thereby only exchange mutual gifts and honor.

Good Faith Statement

All documents are displayed and shared in good faith with no intent to defraud or interfere with the commerce of the United States. Any portion of the documents that turn out to be illegal shall be stricken as if it does not exist.

Accepting the Private Membership Agreement:

New member agrees this is a lawful as well as a legally binding contract agreement between the parties herein known as “Membership Agreement”. This agreement is made between parties and agreed that new member must except all information contained herein and on the comprehension that the new member is joining this membership based on one’s own free will and desire to become a member.

New member agrees by Oath or by Affirmation to each and all members by placing a check mark in the terms when signing up that they will uphold the confidentiality of membership, content, information and documentation RtR provides. All members agree to this entire agreement holding all members to the same honorable high standard to become a valid member with all privileges and access described herein. 

On this day, I agree to everything contained within this agreement. I am 18 years or older and by my check mark upon sign-up and by my own free will wish to become a member of RtR Social. I agree to uphold all contained herein, this membership agreement. I will protect, preserve and safeguard all information and communications shared under my membership including all other members personal information. Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, "Do not break your oath, but fulfill the vows you have made." "You shall not swear falsely but shall perform your oaths to the Creator." Matthew 5:37 says you need to say is simply "Yes" or "No" anything beyond this comes from the evil one. 

Let this be my Oath and or Affirmation to all members to say Yes and honorably I place my acceptance by checking that I am in agreement with the membership terms. I will honor all members as I wish to be honored. I will treat all members as I wish to be treated. I place my check mark to the member terms willingly wishing to become a member of RtR Social.

Disclaimer: We are all learning on how to navigate this process. Some people have tried things that worked while others were not successful. It is important for you to do your own research and come to your own conclusions. It is up to you to know who you are, your standing and your jurisdiction. RtR will be set up as a private PMA and we are not liable and are not responsible for your decisions.
