Welcome to Roots to Roots, RtR Social. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to the following terms.

I affirm that I do not represent any local, state, or federal agency, and my actions within the online Community are private and lawful. 

By accepting these terms, I voluntarily agree to join the Roots to Roots / RtR Social Private Social Membership Community. This represents a private contractual agreement.

​I have read and understood the Membership Agreement and agree to all the terms.

​I commit to upholding the principles of freedom, truth, and honor, as well as the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, as outlined in the terms and on the about page.

1. What This Platform Is

Roots to Roots is private, member-supported social community platform where our Creator and our birthright is at the center of connection, learning, and shared discussion.

It is a platform where we put our Creator first. It's where we can share and learn what it means to live by His laws. It's about discovering our birthright. 

  • It operates as a social website where members may post, share, and interact
  • It is not a government, legal entity for public governance, or financial institution
  • It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice
  • Content is for educational and informational purposes only

2. Membership & Payments

  • Membership is offered on a voluntary subscription basis (monthly or as stated)
  • You can cancel at any time according to your account settings
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice

Subscription Nature of Payments:

  • Membership payments are considered voluntary contributions for access to the private community
  • These payments provide access to the platform and its features only
  • No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or experiences

3. No Ownership or Equity

  • Membership provides access and participation only
  • It does not create ownership, equity, partnership, or financial interest in the platform
  • Members do not have legal control over operations, assets, or decisions

4. Member Conduct

By using the platform, you agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and integrity
  • Cause no harm or injury to others through your actions or content
  • Not engage in harassment, threats, or unlawful activity
  • Not post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. User Content & Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for the content you post, share, or communicate on the platform
  • You agree that any opinions, statements, or materials you share are your own
  • You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to display it within the platform
  • We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of member content

Limitation of Responsibility:

  • The platform functions as a venue for member interaction only
  • We assume no responsibility or liability for content posted by members or for any outcomes resulting from such content

6. Marketplace & Offerings

Some members may offer:

  • Products
  • Services
  • Classes or workshops

Important:

  • These are independent offerings
  • We do not guarantee results, outcomes, or quality
  • Any transactions are between members directly

7. Member Business Pages (Contributory & Founding Members)

Contributory and Founding Members may have the opportunity to create a business page within the platform.

  • Business pages must align with the community’s values and purpose
  • Offerings may include products, services, or brands that support healthy, intentional, and values-based lifestyles
  • All offerings remain the sole responsibility of the member providing them
  • The platform does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any business, product, or service

We reserve the right to review, approve, or remove business pages at our discretion.

8. Community Input

We may invite members to:

  • Share feedback
  • Participate in discussions
  • Provide input on ideas or initiatives

However:

  • All input is advisory only
  • Final decisions remain with the platform operators
  • This does not create governance rights or obligations

9. Platform Availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Features may change over time
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform

10. Alignment with Community Values

This platform is built on shared values, respect, and operating in good faith.

  • Members are expected to act in alignment with community values and conduct themselves with integrity and honor
  • Members who are found to be acting outside of these values may be removed from the platform at any time

The platform owners reserve the sole right to determine whether a member’s actions are in alignment with community standards.

  • Removal may occur without prior notice
  • No refunds will be issued for memberships terminated under this section

11. Intellectual Property & Platform Protection

  • The name “Roots to Roots,” including all logos, branding, design, and overall concept of the platform, are the property of the platform owners
  • These may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission
  • Unauthorized use of the platform’s identity, concept, or materials may result in removal from the platform and/or legal action where applicable

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the platform
  • This includes member interactions, posted content, or third-party offerings
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updates.
